Key Blanks and coded Key STL files
We've spent years developing our Key STL files, ALL of our files are 100% dimensionally accurate with some keys requiring multiple revisions in development during the print trials highlighting areas which can be improved upon, some with added supports inside the key structures themselves, our STL files can be printed or cut on Hobby Desktop CNC's and 3d Printers using PetG and brass stock, through to Industrial Scale equipment using hardened steels and exotic sintered metal filaments

Is it really possible to 3d print keys??.....YES!!
Due to advancements in 3d printing, machines and filaments have more capability than ever before, since late 2009 it has been possible to 3d print functional keys on consumer level machines. by 2018 the equipment was developed and reliable enough for mass use, and we now have some extremely capable machines for less than a £150, come quite a way since the £1000 wooden framed machines of 2010.

3d printed call point keys
There were 2 areas where 3D printed keys really took off that was 3d printed call point keys, and 3d printed sanitary dispenser keys, this was solely due to the fact these keys were already supplied and produced as plastic items as a means to protect the locks, these items are available to purchase from various online oulets, or purchase a copy of the STL file for your own personal use and print unlimited numbers of your own keys without further costs.

some of the worlds leading vehicle manufacturers have started using and supplying their vehicles with plastic keys, not just smaller or the more budget brands, BMW for one supply there premium range of motorcycles with a spare plastic key, this key was designed to be used on the panniers, or a fully working metal key can be produced from this.
